My services include counselling individuals, families and couples on a variety of presenting issues including addiction, substance use/abuse, family impact, mental health, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationships, communication and healthy coping strategies.

My approach is compassion focused, trauma informed and client centered.  During our sessions I may draw upon a variety of therapy styles often referred to as therapeutic approaches.  These may include but are not limted to:

Our work together requires intention and comes with its own rhythm, pace and process. It is important to understand that sometimes you may feel worse before you feel better. Change in any aspect of life takes time. It may feel uncomfortable and at times awkward.  In then end the process can be rewarding.
